Obi said,Martins has been on the agency’s wanted list for a while until when men of the agency raided the suspect residence at 115 Nwaniba Road, Uyo and arrested him and four other suspects namely; Sunday Ibanga (44) Okokon Ekong (33), Daniel Ekpong (43), and Emem Ekong (39). Obi said, “When we raided his residence at 115 Nwaniba Road, Uyo, he jumped out through the window with two briefcases. We suspected that the briefcases could be exhibits. His room happened to be the only room in the house without a burglar proof, which means he kept it open as an escape route. The officers went into his room and discovered kits of drugs as well as empty bullet shells.” She added that Okon confessed that the 3 bullets shells picked from his room were the shells of the bullets used for the assassination of his father. Okon and the other four suspected drug dealers would be charged to court as soon they conclude their investigations, she concluded.
