Why Nollywood Actor, Kunle Afolayan Parted Ways With Globacom

The juicy contract between the telecommunications giant, Globacom and ace film maker, Kunle Afolayan may have been terminated.

Afolayan joined the league of Glo ambassadors in August, last year with agreement worth of five million naira which lasted for two year. HVP gathered that the soft spoken CEO of Golden Effects Pictures took the decision to terminate his appointment due to his non availability contrary to the rumour making the rounds that he was demanding for a higher fee. The decision he disclosed, was mutually agreed on by both parties. Afolayan along with actor, Odunlade Adekola, was announced in August, 2011 as Glo ambassadors, joining the likes of Ramsey Nouah, Funke Akindele, Monalisa Chinda, Uche Jombo, Sammie Okposo and Ini Edo.
