How much has 'Breaking Dawn - Part 2' made in advance ticket sales?

Advance tickets to "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2" just went on sale Monday, but they've already brought in $1.17 million in sales, reports E! Online. That total was amassed in just one day, showing (unsurprisingly) that fans are really, really eager to see how this five-film saga will end. Interestingly enough, though, ticket sales for "Breaking Dawn - Part 2" are outpacing sales for 2011's "Part 1," which earned $626,000 in its first day of advance ticket availability. But around a quarter of those purchasing admission are signing up for a marathon dose of "Twilight," opting to sit through the previous four films ahead of the fifth, "Breaking Dawn - Part 2." The beginning of the end starts November 16.
